Please be advised that our minimum order requirement is 25 pounds per fragrance along with a $500 minimum order total. We are proud to offer you, free of charge, one sample per 25 pounds of fragrance ordered, up to a maximum of 5 samples per order. If you are looking for a fragrance at a particular price point, our customer service team we will be happy to assist and guide you to the right fragrance.
Because our fragrances are custom made, we have a no return policy. We encourage you to sample the fragrance(s) prior to purchasing to make sure they are exactly what you are looking for. We will process a return if the following two conditions are met:
Once a determination is made, we will offer either a replacement or credit. All requests to return fragrances without receiving a sample from Trilogy Fragrances will not be honored. All disputes must be made with in 5 working days of receiving the fragrance. Please contact customer service if you need to return a fragrance. You will need to be issued an authorization number for your return, and absolutely no returns will be accepted without this number and the paperwork that needs to accompany the return.
